We are currently recruiting for a combined HR / Recruitment Assistant for a very well-reputed multinational corporation. Initially a Fixed Term Contract paying up to £28,000.

More specifically, as HR/Recruitment Assistant your duties will include:

• Being the first point of contact for internal and external HR queries.
• Involvement in the onboarding of candidates and pre-screening process.
• Updating their HRIS system to ensure accurate data is maintained at all times.
• Posting adverts and screening CV response.
• Coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates.

Ideally you will have:

• Experience working within a corporate, professional environment in a similar role.
• A flexible and proactive approach to organisation and planning your day and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a cear understanding of what the Human Resources department does.
• Experience using an HRIS system.
