Page Personnel HR are working with a Manchester-based organisation within the public sector. Due to a busy period, they are recruiting a Recruitment Manager to join and support them on a 6 month temporary contract. The role will focus on graduate and post-graduate recruitment into life sciences.
Our client are a public sector organisation that offer guidance, advice and information to health and social care professionals. Due to a busy period of growth, they are hiring a Recruitment Manager to support their graduate and post-graduate recruitment programme within life sciences.
Their offices are based in Manchester.
The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager are leading the full recruitment cycle for Graduate and post Graduate recruitment, working with stakeholders on workforce planning, developing the recruitment strategy, providing guidance to hiring managers, providing market insights and challenges, building strong relationships with hiring managers and external parties, networking across various platforms, attending events, building the employer brand, managing the selection process. The role will be based in Manchester.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- strong track record as a recruiter
- background in graduate recruitment within Life Sciences
- strong knowledge of industry
- great communication, organisation and time-management skills
- strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Our client offers a salary c£33K, good benefits, flexible working, 6 month temporary contract with likelihood of extension
