Description

The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager are leading the full recruitment cycle for Graduate and post Graduate recruitment, working with stakeholders on workforce planning, developing the recruitment strategy, providing guidance to hiring managers, providing market insights and challenges, building strong relationships with hiring managers and external parties, networking across various platforms, attending events, building the employer brand, managing the selection process. The role will be based in Manchester.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

• strong track record as a recruiter
• background in graduate recruitment within Life Sciences
• strong knowledge of industry
• great communication, organisation and time-management skills
• strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
• ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Offer

Our client offers a salary c£33K, good benefits, flexible working, 6 month temporary contract with likelihood of extension
