We are searching for a talented individual to fill a role as an Executive Compensation Manager for our client, a global financial market infrastructure and data business.

You will report to the Director, Executive Remuneration as part of the Global Reward team. This is a unique opportunity to gain further exposure to Reward Governance and Executive Remuneration.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with the analysis and writing of papers for committees
  • Analysing regulatory and corporate governance trends to support senior management to ensure compliance
  • Assisting with the writing and analysis for the Directors Remuneration Report & Gender Pay Report
  • Drafting of shareholder/stakeholder communication on remuneration policies and policy implementation

Skills Required

  • Proven technical, analytical and stakeholder management experience within a Financial Services reward and regulatory environment, especially for the UK and Europe
  • Specific expertise and experience in Reward implications of UK/ European/ Global FS Regulations
  • Ability to prioritise, manage own time and adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Strong written and oral communication
