My client, a global financial services business based in the city of London, is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their HR team. This will be a broad strategic and operational role in a high touch environment.

This role will provide assistance at a senior level supporting the business with procedures and good practice. It is critical this individual is experienced and comfortable in dealing with all aspects of recruiting, talent management, employee relations, performance and career development processes, as well as general administration (legal documentation, local employment laws, etc.). Given the culture of the firm, this individual must be prepared to "roll up their sleeves".

  • Building relationships with Business Heads and employees London and APAC
  • Managing annual processes including comp review and mid year performance reviews
  • Developing policies and procedures relating to HR
  • Influencing the direction of the culture and organisational values
  • Change management
  • SMCR project management
  • Candidate requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder skills needed
  • Flexible approach
  • Confident and robust personality needed to deal with challenging stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to direct a team of HR professionals at the Associate level
  • You will be a commercial Senior HR Profressional with tenure operating within a financial organisation ideally. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).

    Initially a 12 month FTC with potential to be converted to permanent. Competitive salary and bonus potential on offer. June 2021 start date.
