HR/Recruitment Analyst

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a leading business as they look to recruit for a Recruitment Analyst on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. Based near Stratford with flexibility to work from home, with a salary of up to £35k.

We are looking for an organised self starter to join the team and ensure candidate have an amazing experience from the beginning to the end.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:


·Running reports on relevant systems and pulling that data to present on excel spreadsheets.
·Support the recruitment team with talent pipeline management.
·support the recruitment team with the early stages of candidate assessment.
·Take ownership and drive all aspects of recruitment process administration through pro active communication and anticipation of candidate, interviewer and recruiter requirements.
·Complex calender management (often in different time zones)

We are looking for:

·Experience working in a similar opportunity with experience running reports and analysing data.
·Experience multitasking, prioritising and completing a high volume of tasks and projects autonomously.
·Demonstrate an impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Proficient with business applications.

This role will have high exposure to the senior leadership teams nd be encouraged to lead process improvement projects that will have a direct impact on the candidates and the business. We need something who can thrive in a constantly evolving, fast paced environment.
