Well established financial organisation based in Manchester. Seeking to appoint a confident Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy talent and development team.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible in delivering a professional service to candidates, managers, and colleagues across the organisation through the whole talent life cycle. You will be joining a collaborative and friendly team with a real family feel culture. You will be responsible for liaising with candidates and hiring managers through the entire recruitment process and supporting colleagues through their ongoing development and growth. The successful candidate will thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with change. You will be a confident communicator with excellent administration and organisation skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious and looking to continuously develop.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills with adequate telephone manner
- Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Proficient within MS Office
- Previous experience of managing team training events
- Prior experience within financial services but not essential
