Talent Acquisition Manager (pharma)
A PE backed biotech start-up in central London with an impressive track record of growth has a newly created permanent vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Manager. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will create the talent acquisition strategy and lead it to deliver on an ambitious hiring plan. You will work closely with external recruitment agencies, as well as directly taking ownership to find and attract the industry's best talent. You'll proactively manage the end-to-end process between sourcing partners and internal hiring teams, taking the lead on the sourcing strategy and D&I strategy, and partnering with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging top talent across multiple disciplines. Crucially, you'll continuously improve talent acquisition processes and technology based on data to improve overall performance (cost to hire, time to hire, quality of hire, talent scoping, retention & performance, employer brand, D&I, candidate experience feedback, etc).
The successful candidate will have experience as in in-house recruiter in a pharma, biotech or healthcare company, with a passion for identifying, recruiting, and assessing talent. You'll be able to source candidates from your network in the industry, job portal or direct approach, and have experience of using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process.
