HR Officer

Ashley Kate are looking for an experienced HR Officer looking for a fresh challenge with a leading business in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who is confident to work with HR systems, end-to-end Recruitment and someone who has previously reviewed and revamped policies and procedures. This is essential for this position.

This role will be working alongside the People & OD Manager.

HR Officer – About you

It is essential that you have used have strong experience across working on HRIS and strong excel skills are needed
An exceptional ‘can do’ attitude being naturally friendly and approachable
You must have a proven background in policies and procedures, recruitment and the on-boarding process.
This role will be based from home for the foreseeable.

We are looking for someone who can work at pace to changing priorities, someone who is a go getter with drive, who can really drive the HR function forward. We are looking for someone who is confident to be pro-active in the role, who will use their initiative to raise process improvements to the wider team, and someone who is happy to be involved in all aspects and duties at Officer level.
