Your new role
HR Shared Services Manager leading a team of HR Support Assistants and Advisors
Dealing with all enquiries received in the centre from managers, employees, key stakeholders in the business
Supporting and providing advice and guidance to the team on correct processing activities relating to all recruitment documentation, including contracts of employments, right to work and employee lifecycle processing activities
Compliant record keeping & storing of people data, maintenance, development and administration of the inhouse system
Working with the HR Support Advisors in relation to the monthly creation and development of the People scorecard
Reviewing and making recommendations on processes and procedures within the function to ensure maximum efficiency and automation is optimised
What you'll need to succeed
Experience leading a team in a HR Shared Service. CIPD qualified with a passion for continuous improvement.
