Your new role
In your new Internal Recruiter role, you'll manage 15-20 entry level (graduates, placement year, intern) roles simultaneously. You'll manage these roles from start to finish, involved in everything from initial conversations with hiring managers, on to direct sourcing, liaising with agencies and supporting on-boarding and orientation.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll have experience handing early careers / entry-level / junior level hires. Importantly, you'll be interest in this area of recruitment and be passionate about recruitment methodology that produces diverse talent pools. Furthermore, you'll be able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to work with ambiguity and fluidity, and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
