Your new role
This is an excellent 8 month Fixed Term Contract role for a HR administrator to join a global and successful industrial manufacturing organisation supporting their Manchester location.
In this varied generalist role you'll provide effective HR administrative support to the business working collaboratively with the HR team by covering effective administration of full employee lifecycle, updating and maintaining the relevant systems and databases, ensuring employee inductions are completed and recorded, coordinating employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, recruitment administration and coordination and act as the first point of contact for all HR queries.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a HR admin role
Excellent customer service skills & approach
Strong IT skills ( MS Excel Word & PowerPoint)
Data & reporting experience
CIPD qualification advantageous
