This fast paced, developing and progressive organisation are seeking a skilled HR professional to join their organisation and establish HR team. This hybrid opportunity will offer true flexibility and exposure to a multi layered and multi sited organisation on a growth journey.
Your new role
To be responsible for all Centralised HR administration to ensure that all Star establishments receive accurate information within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) whilst offering a high level of customer service.
Continually update and maintain HR processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency across the organisation.
Provide a first-class recruitment support service to the organisation.
Co-ordinate all recruitment and HR system queries ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and policy.
Gather and utilise Management Information to enable performance measurement and targeting of resources.
Each HR Support Assistant will be assigned Champion Status over the respective systems to support the ongoing development of those systems.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong HR systems experience
Excellent MS Excel, Outlook and Word exposure
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience of working within SLA time frames would be preferable.
