Talent Partner Job - Polish Speaking

Oakleaf are working with a global management technology compnay who are looking at bringing in a forward-thinking Talent Partner to their European recruitment team.

This is a role for an experienced and creative recruiter who can add value to our European Talent Acquisition team very quickly. You'll be tenacious and perseverant, using skilled and creative methods to source and attract talent into the firm. You'll be able to demonstrate a good track record of sourcing highly skilled technology consultants and you'll be comfortable working as part of a multinational cross-cultural team. We in turn can offer you a supportive Talent Acquisition team based across our European countries, working with colleagues that enjoy collaborating and we also have some exciting growth strategies in place to keep things interesting. It is an exciting time to join our customer centric internal services team.

The role would be recruiting across different business areas in in Europe with a focus on working with stakeholders based in Poland. They want you to have the experience of working in the Polish or EMEA region, This is why fluent Polish language skill are vital.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the whole recruiting funnel from sourcing through mainly direct approaches, and interviewing candidates to extending offers
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to build effective sourcing strategies, interviewing processes and assessments
  • Leverage existing recruiting channels and explore new sourcing opportunities; network!
  • Build, manage and maintain a significant pipeline of prospects through market research
  • Continuous relationship building both internally with all stakeholders, and externally with prospective/active candidates
  • Proactively support and promote Recruiting events and Employer Branding initiatives
  • A Diversity & Inclusion mindset applied throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle

Key experience and skills required.

  • Experienced in Proactive Recruiting; skilled at approaching passive candidates, experience gained through exec search either in-house or through agency
  • Industry / tech experience or Consulting background recruitment preferred
  • Expertise in active sourcing on social media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • A confident interviewer, able to demonstrate expertise in best-in-class interviewing techniques
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; a good team player, with a growth orientated mindset
  • Good knowledge of working with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PP)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Data Base Management]
  • Fluent in German language
