Your new role
An excellent job opportunity for a permanent Senior HR Advisor, who is looking to progress and develop, you will be part of a busy HR team, supporting a varied workforce, both blue collar workers and white collar workers. You will be responsible for managing complex ER cases, business partnering with senior stakeholders and coaching managers on HR best practice. HR Projects will include, implementing management development training, reviewing and re-writing the appraisal process, updating HR policies and procedures and improving HR data. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for progression and development, going forwards, there will be an opportunity to step-up to HR Manager and manage a small team and have budget responsibility.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at Senior HR Advisor level, you will ideally be educated to at least level 5 of the CIPD or equivalent. You must have experience managing complex ER cases from end to end, you must have experience delivering training on HR best practice and must be solutions focused.
