We have a current opportunity for a HR Assistant on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Leeds.

We have a current opportunity for a HR Assistant on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for a degree education HR Generalist to join a great business in Leeds. The role will have some office working and home working with some travel to their other offices in Manchester and London when able.

We are looking for a degree educated HR Assistant to join the team. You will work alongside the HR Manager who is based in Leeds and gain strong exposure with senior stakeholders and have a focus on ER as well as the other HR duties.

Duties:

  • Act as a point of contract for day to day HR queries in the local and regional offices
  • Own the onboarding for all new joiners
  • Liaise with the Payroll and Benefits team on new joiners, leavers
  • Support and take minutes in ER related meetings
  • Support on recruitment where is needed

We are looking for a HR professional who is highly organised and has a great eye to detail. The business works at pace so this is critical.
