This Talent Acquisition Specialist role will lead the Customer Facing Unit relationship on everything to do with contingent worker. It will business partner and be a trusted part of resourcing conversations.

Description

Provides strategic advice and guidance to the business area on how to use contingent workforce, everything from day rate contractors, PAYE and statement of work.

Managing relationships between the hiring managers and the approved vendors.

Leads the management of Key Supplier relationships, including Supplier Quarterly/ Annual Business Review

Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are met.

Metrics include but are not limited to; successful fill rate, cycle time, rate compliance, hiring manager/client satisfaction. · Build customer and supplier relationships.

Drive adherence to policy and procedures.

Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide solutions.

Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues.

Profile

Strong experience in business process operations in a service-oriented industry in recruiting, staffing, and/or vendor management

Solid understanding of IR35 regulations

Demonstrated knowledge/experience in screening, hiring, orientating, training, assigning, and managing temporary employees; with the ability to market candidates/negotiate rates. ·

Demonstrated experience in/working knowledge of managed service delivery business process with experience in full-lifecycle recruitment

Must be able to manage in complex matrix environments with multiple stakeholders including the management of suppliers.
