You will be joining a well known large scale organisation with a presence across the uk and a market leader in their area of expertise. A customer focussed business with over 16,000 employees across various offices throughout the UK with a wide range skills sets and departments and a mix of blue collar and white collar workers.
Your new role
As the Rewards Specialist you will be reporting into the HRD of the central services and corporate business functions and will have ultimate responsible for the groups reward focus.
You will work closely with all areas of the business and the further HR team to provide expertise in the reward space and will work on a variety of activities and projects arising out of the need of the business.
Headcount wise this business area is around 2000 employees and you will be responsible for looking at all strategies and supporting business with the full reward recognition including pay reviews, appraisal processes, bonuses, benefits, incentives, pensions, benchmarking and job evaluation.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a senior level specialist reward candidate to be able to provide their expertise to a large organisation and must be able to show experience in this area with a large scale business previously.
