-Working closely with the management team, advising on HR queries and policies
-Salary bench-marking
-Policy work

Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
-CIPD qualified
-Fantastic communication skills
-Experience with ER casework
-Experience advising and helping
-Policy work
-Can use their initiative aswell as working collaboratively
-HR Generalist
