Are you looking for a true generalist HR role where you can build broad experience in all areas of HR rather than be restricted to  specialised areas?  This role with our Peterborough based client will enable you to provide  proactive HR support to managers on all employment issues, policies and processes.

Employee relations, recruitment, absence & performance management and employee engagement will be key areas of focus together with HR reporting and involvement and responsibility for a number of key, topical projects.

Our client needs an experienced HR generalist who is driven, ambitious and skilled in building relationships across a business – quickly!  Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 qualified with a thorough understanding of current employment legislation.  You will enjoy working independently, using initiative and to managing time effectively with conflicting priorities.
