This role with our Peterborough based client will enable you to provide proactive HR support to managers on all employment issues, policies and processes.
Employee relations, recruitment, absence & performance management and employee engagement will be key areas of focus together with HR reporting and involvement and responsibility for a number of key, topical projects.
Our client needs an experienced HR generalist who is driven, ambitious and skilled in building relationships across a business – quickly! Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 qualified with a thorough understanding of current employment legislation. You will enjoy working independently, using initiative and to managing time effectively with conflicting priorities.
