Talent Acquisition Professional
The Talent Acquisition Professional is responsible for facilitating the hiring process of contract employees by using a digital procurement tool and managing relationships between the hiring managers and the approved vendors.

Ensure KPI and SLA objectives are met.
Drive adherence to customer policy and procedures.
Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide solutions.
Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues.
Manage the role creation, posting and submission process, including reviewing candidate submittals, creating shortlists and facilitating the interview process.
Manage all on and off boarding activities for all new starters, validating all e-tool updates.
Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, supporting requisition creation, order fulfilment and order processing
Facilitate all invoice and technical queries to the appropriate team member
Experience in full cycle staffing/recruiting (on-boarding, off-boarding, screening, employment law).
Experience in vendor management or equivalent experience using web-based technology.
Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be proactive and anticipate the needs within the specific area of service
