Your new role
As Interim HR Process Lead, you will support a wider HR operations change project, you will be responsible for driving, documenting and mapping the newly defined 'to be' processes for the new HR service delivery target operating model.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have managed HR operations and HR service delivery projects where they will have been responsible for documenting and mapping HR processes across the end to end HR lifecycle in an international and complex commercial environment. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit until the end of the year.
