Interim HR Manager - high growth start up - Immediate start - up to £70k pro rata

Your new role
A start up Biotech business is looking for an Interim HR Manager to support their future growth and business success by implementing HR policy and process from scratch as well as implementing an HRIS.

The successful candidate
CIPD qualified or equivalent you will be able to demonstrate you experience of putting HR foundations in place within a start up business and will be able to demonstrate your experience of implementing an HRIS from end to end. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to a 3 month contract.
