HR Business Partner
We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading professional services employer who now have a fantastic opening for a HR Business Partner to join their existing HR structure.
This is an ambitious and very successful organisation who are passionate about their people.
The HR BP will be responsible for partnering key stakeholders and senior managers in the roll out of people plan. The focus of this HRBP is all about people development - Talent mapping, succession planning, and engagement initiatives!
The company have recently developed a new Management development module, and offer their workforce realistic and achievable opportunities to progress within their business. This role will play a pivotal part in this! Based at their Sheffield office there is some flexibility to work from home and also travel to other sites within the group when required.
To be considered you will be an experienced HR BP from a professional services background. You will be CIPD qualified and have particular experience in succession planning and engagement initiatives.
You will be flexible to travel if required, and have a passion for people development.
You must be a proactive, self-starter who is motivated by delivering results and is not afraid of taking ownership and seizing opportunities and relationships in order to make significant business changes.
