The role is focusing on planning and coordinating training events for Biometrics/CDI staff. You will act as point of contact for external providers, participants and managers and support the Biometric Graduate Scheme, from recruitment to onboarding and training deployment.

The client is a pharmaceutical business with global presence, based in Cambridge.

Description

As Scientific Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordinating training activities with external companies and internal customers
  • Create tracking documents/sign-up sheets, as well as scheduling, follow-up, trouble shooting and evaluation
  • Be point of contact for external providers, participants and managers
  • Supporting the Biometrics Graduate Scheme, from recruitment to onboarding and training deployment
  • Planning and coordination of the Induction Seminar Series, including scheduling, follow-up, trouble shooting and evaluation
  • Planning and coordination of technical training and soft skills development, including scheduling, follow-up, trouble shooting and evaluation
  • Managing collaboration areas, such as MS teams or SPO, and training calendars for CDI & Biometrics

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience from within the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization
  • Ability to understand business strategy and goals
  • Demonstrated project management experience from drug and/or non-drug projects.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple customers and on multiple projects simultaneously

Job Offer

£45 per hour

4 month FTC
