We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Adviser to play a key role in our central Learning and Development team. We are proud of our vast and varied Learning and Development portfolio and this role is responsible for the day to day delivery of the core operational training activities. This also includes E-Learning, the efficient use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and the supervision of the small administration team to ensure an efficient and customer focused service delivery.
Key Accountabilities For The Role Include
Delivering on day to day operational activities including supervision of the L&D Assistants to collectively ensure efficient workshop administration, accurate record keeping; training provider interaction; adherence to agreed service levels; monitoring workshop feedback; timely customer query resolution and accurate recording of budget transactions.
Working closely with the L&D Business Partners to carry out the annual Training Needs Analysis process through to the creation of the Group training plan.
Managing all aspects of LMS efficiency to ensure functionality supports L&D activities effectively, including workshop administration, E-Learning and record keeping.
Developing and delivering the annual E-Learning rollout plan, including liaising with external E-L vendors, internal E-L content subject matter experts, IT for systems and issue resolution and learners to guide learning or resolve queries.
Producing a range of accurate and timely L&D reports.
Profile

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Adviser with the knowledge and understanding of operational L&D activities from TNATNA through to workshop administration and record keeping, coupled with a strong technical capability, experience of using Learning Management Systems and issue resolution. A good knowledge of managing E-Learning is also essential.
To be successful in the role you will be an excellent communicator at all levels and be comfortable with building good collaborative relationships. You will have a strong customer service ethos and have experience of motivating a small team. You will have an aptitude for technology and an ability to learn new systems quickly, as well as being proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D Adviser to join a well-established and busy team that is passionate about supporting the overall Learning and Development activity across the Group.
