HRIS Learning Systems Specialist, Financial Services, £40,000-£60,000 - Lower Kingswood, Surrey

A global investment company in London has a permanent job vacancy for a HRIS Learning Systems Specialist. The HRIS function provides systems support and configuration services to the global business, and the HRIS Learning Systems Specialist will play a key role in managing all global learning systems and associated services. You will be primarily responsible for liaising with stakeholders to define business problems, opportunities and solutions. This will involve understanding the existing application processes, workflows, configuration, as well as integrated systems to maintain stability and push forward the change agenda for areas of improvement, also to scope new initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience of large-scale learning systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand or similar modular based software, and extensive knowledge of eLearning training formats and assignment options. You will have technical understanding of integration designs and associated system processes, and hands on experience of configuring core system areas such as Security, Business Processes, Workflows and Hierarchies.
