Interim HR Assistant/Advisor - MAINLY REMOTE WORKING FOR LINCOLNSHIRE ORGANISATION - circa £25 to £30k
Your new role
This is an interim role WORKING REMOTELY FROM HOME for now.
HR and Recruitment transactional duties aswell as generalist HR support to Line Managers. This will be around absence management, ER, generalist HR policy and advisory work, HR process review/continuous improvement, appraisals, recruitment/onboarding etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally HR generalist experience and end to end recruitment, aswell as transactional HR knowledge LAPTOP will be provided.
What you'll get in return
Weekly/Hourly based pay - via timesheet submission
Accrued paid leave
MINIMUM of 8 weeks work - possibly longer (to cover for sick leave)
Hours are 9 -5 (but this can be flexible)
REMOTE WORKING FOR HOME with some office work in June 2020 (if extended)
