Recruitment Team Leader
Your new company
This growing public sector organisation is currently under going a bit of a restructure and due to this need to bring on board a Recruitment Team Lead for a period of a minimum of 6 months. They are looking for this person to work remotely and will be re opening offices later this year in central Birmingham.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for identifying, implementing and managing successful recruitment strategies and making sure these mirror best practice. You will have line manager duties for 2 Recruitment Advisors. You will need to build relationships across the business and liaise with managers of all levels across the organisation. You will also need to manage the temporary agency worker contract requests to make sure all requests are processed quickly and in a cost effective manner.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a very hard working in house recruiter who has worked in high volume fast paced environments previously. Ideally you will have some managerial or team leader exposure in prior roles too. You will need to be immediately available or on a short notice period as they are looking to move quickly.
