HR Officer - Permanent - Insurance

Your new role
Permanent HR Officer role working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In this busy role, you'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality HR service to your client base, advising on people matters, supporting managers through ER cases and working on company D&I initiatives. Furthermore, you'll support the end-to-end recruitment campaigns and assist the delivery of various HR projects (incl. new HRIS roll out).
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you'll have a strong HR foundation, having worked in financial or professional services. You'll have a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Ideally you'll be CIPD qualified, or be working to achieving your qualification.
What you'll get in return
A competitive £35,000-£40,000 salary (depending on experience level).
