My Client is seeking x 2 professional Recruitment Advisors is join their busy team.
Working for one of the UKs largest infrastructure and engineering companies you will play a pivotal role in providing a first class service and sourcing for top talent.




Your new role

I am seeking self-motivated, pro-active Recruitment Advisors to join my clients growing recruitment team in Liverpool.
The roles are initially being offered as 3 month temporary contracts with a view to being extended until the end of the year
Working hours are Full time - Monday - Friday - 09.00am - 17.00pm with 1/2 lunch break
You will be home based until the business requires to return to the offices based in Speke.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to

Responsible for sourcing key talent for the business using a variety of methods.
You will have ownership of your own roles and will be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle of each position.
You will support the recruitment activity for designated Resourcing Managers including CV reviews, arranging interviews, conducting telephone screening, managing the offer process and other administrative tasks where necessary
Stakeholder management for both internal and external stakeholders whilst providing an excellent candidate experience.
Initiate contracts with onboarding
Advertising jobs
Providing first class customer service to internal and external customers












What you'll need to succeed

Previous work experience in a fast-moving, target focused environment
Proven track record within an in-house or agency recruitment role
The ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise appropriately
A strong communicator who is resilient with high customer service focus to manage upwards to very senior levels
Confident and professional telephone manner
Previous experience of managing stakeholder relationships High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and time management
Excellent IT skills, preferably with some working knowledge of database management systems
A strong team player with a flexible and "can-do" attitude.
