HR Manager (Rapid growth FS business)
A unique HR Manager role is now available within a highly successful and expanding Financial Services business. The business is growing rapidly with new offices in Paris and Frankfurt and they have added 40 new hires to the company over the last 12 months - a fantastic achievement during lockdown. Head Office is in London with the lions share of employees (90) and they have additional offices in the US and Australia.
The role of HR Manager is a very exciting one. The position will report directly into the CEO and work closely with the Board in order to build out HR to a best in class function, to help drive the business' goals via people solutions, opening and providing HR support in new ventures internationally and provide a first class service to it's employees.
The business work closely with a HR outsourced provider and a HR Advisor from this company will work on a lot of the BAU so this role is largely focused on a strategic level but it is essential that the person be happy to muck in and get their hands dirty.

CIPD and experience within the Financial Services sector is essential for this role. Experience of operating at Board/senior level is invaluable as is working in a fast paced, rapidly changing set up and with international offices / set up.
