Recruitment Business Partner - Technology!
Morgan Philips are currently searching for a Recruitment Business Partner with previous in-house experience in a technology environment to join a company for 3 months initially. This is an exciting start up environment which is ever evolving so this is your chance to put your mark on something new!! The role will start immediately however those with a short notice period will also be considered.
The role will support the Recruitment Manager to recruit in excess of 100 already live roles. You will be a strong 360 direct Recruiter with excellent in house experience from a technical environment. The role will also work with the business to implement an ATS with particular focus around designing the reporting side, they would like to implement a PSL, and work with stakeholders to ensure they understand the processes in place.
Energy, tenacity and a proactive approach, autonomous approach will be characteristics of the successful candidate. This is a start-up environment and candidates will have ideally worked in a similar business previously. You will be a strong Recruiter who isn't phased by a constantly changing environment where the processes are not always in place. Although this is initially only for 3 months , there is potential for this to turn in to a longer contract.
