We hold a number of accreditations, including ISO 9001, Sector Scheme 8 & 9A, HERS, CHAS, Achilles, FORS and Constructionline, which demonstrate our commitment to quality and service.

We are currently looking for an HR Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your Role

As an HR Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of our HR function.

Working as a trusted advisor across the business, you will provide advice and support to the owner and managers. You will ensure exceptional communication is provided from management to staff when engaging with the workforce.

You will provide information and guidance on current employment legislation, ensuring the company is fully compliant and implementing the most up to date policies and procedures.

Additionally, you will:

- Implement changes to our HR system

- Oversee the staff review process

- Assist in managing performance issues and resolutions

- Support training and development activities

- Manage, motivate and assist in the development of staff

- Progress both team members’ careers and their commitment and loyalty

About You

To join us as an HR Manager, you will need:

- Proven experience of leading a successful HR function

- Experience of managing and developing an HR team

- Comprehensive knowledge of current employment legislation and GDPR

- Excellent communication and relationship building skills

- Good computer literacy and administrative skills

- To be CIPD qualified
