H R Officer

Our South Lincolnshire based client is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their busy site based HR team. This international manufacturing organisation prides itself in being passionate about its people.

This is a generalist role and will be the first point of contact for line managers and employees seeking  professional advice on issue including employee relations, recruitment, absence management etc.

You will be proactive and efficient in your approach with the ability to quickly build relationships across the organisation.

Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be able to demonstrate a generalist HR career to date – experience in a unionised environment would be useful as would an understanding of working in a multi-site operation.
