The Delivery Manager will partner and align on identified business development strategies and tactics, new business development opportunities, and on operating level and service level agreements.

This individual is accountable for the day-to-day level of service delivery team, which is expected to recruit and manage around 1000 contract positions per year.

You will:

  • Collaborate and plan the establishment of and adherence to operating and service level agreements which ensure the seamless delivery of services
  • Key decisions will all be around the following categories:
    • Utilising resources and other suppliers as appropriate to ensure a seamless and efficient execution of all services provided
    • Attraction, which agencies are best utilised per market sector
    • Assessment
    • On-boarding
  • Utilise resources and suppliers as appropriate to ensure a seamless and efficient execution of all services provided
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to perform at exceptional levels through defining clear expectations, delegation, training, empowerment, coaching, recognition, corrective action, career development; creating an environment in which employees can achieve their full potential
  • Ensure positive end user satisfaction and that relationships are maintained
  • Track and monitor the achievement of program goals and SLAs, financial performance, service delivery, recruiting and retention, business retention, business growth
  • Recommend process enhancements and efficiencies to continuously improve customer service while reducing the cost of services

Profile

Skills required:

Technical:

  • Must possess a solid understanding of HR practices as they relate to agency recruiting, interviewing, performance management, and knowledge of applicable employment laws
  • Knowledge of working with a Vendor Management Solution, and SAP Fieldglass experience would be preferable
  • Demonstrated success at driving/executing business process
  • Utilises effective project management skills
  • Proven problem solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
  • Can effectively manage a team of up to 10 employees
  • Knowledge of data capture and timely reporting on key metrics
  • Knowledge/experience of Lean, six sigma, and/or other quality practices

Professional:

  • Excellent troubleshooting with the ability to resolve complex problems
  • Ability to multi-task, use sound judgement and prioritise are necessary
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify strategy into specific actions, make decisions and communicate priorities

  • Demonstrates the ability to work with challenging and demanding clients and adapts to changes

Job Offer

Salary on offer is between £50,000 and £68,000 depending on experience.
