A leading international consultancy company, is looking for a fantastic Senior HR Operations Advisor to join their London team for a 6 month contract.
They are a fast growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial company looking for someone who enjoys and thrives in a busy environment.
Skills and attributes for success
• Building and maintain effective relationships to support all stakeholders
• Monitoring the HR inboxes and responding to any employee enquiries or escalating when needed
• Updating the HR Management system (Workday) with all relevant information
• New starters – Preparing all offer paperwork including cover letters, contracts and right to work
• Processing any background checks through vendors
• Carrying out any invoice reconciliations
