The Delivery Manager will partner and align on identified business development strategies and tactics, new business development opportunities, and on operating level and service level agreements.

This individual is accountable for the day-to-day level of service delivery from the team, which is expected to recruit and manage around 1000 contract positions per year.
They will be the single point of contact, and escalation, for service delivery.
They will be customer driven in their approach; ensuring that the end user is receiving highly effective levels of service execution.
They will manage a service delivery team at multiple sites in the execution of processes, procedures, and policies which are aligned with the operating level and service level agreements.
Their success will be highly impacted by their ability to develop effective day-to-day working relationships with leadership, end users, suppliers, and their service delivery team.
This individual must understand the importance of being a relationship builder.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader of staff teams and processes, an effective problem solver and people developer possessing solid domain competency in the field of agency recruitment business process as an internally managed service, and knowledge of service delivery operations.
