A high profile global management consultancy is looking for a junior Recruiter to join their London Recruitment team. The Recruiter will provide support for Senior Hiring processes by organising interviews and debriefs, arranging events and managing virtual and in person interviews, as well as managing internal stakeholders and candidates through the whole process.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership for scheduling interviews internally and with external agents/directly with candidates
  • Creating digital packs for internal briefing meetings, digital candidate and interviewer packs, and follow-up documents for de-brief meetings
  • Support with any Senior Hire event management
  • Taking ownership of maintaining and updating several key excel files with the ability to quickly access and extract data from the files as needed
  • Responsible for data analysis of recruitment events, applications, assessment processes and offers extended.
  • Support with responding to Senior Hiring emails to the London Recruiting mailbox
  • Scope to build direct relationships with agents and candidates and build a recruiting network
  • Assist Head of Recruiting and Experienced Hiring Team in any analysis or preparation for meetings with Partners and Recruiting Leadership team
  • Work collaboratively with the Campus Team and International Recruiting team as and when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working with HR/Recruitment systems is essential, working with Avature and WorkDay is preferable
  • Knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools, Excel and Powerpoint is required
  • The ability to remain calm and personable with good inter-personal skills during busy periods
  • Being able to interact effectively with the team and the recruitment stakeholders, as well as building rapport with the candidates *
  • Previous office-based work experience, preferably in an administration role that requires a scheduling element
  • Extremely organised and able to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate records of recruiting are maintained and the right actions are taken
  • Effective and adaptable communication skills and self-organisation are essential
