Page Personnel HR are working with a law firm with offices in Sheffield who are seeking a Reward Analyst to join their HR team and support in the development of their reward strategy and delivery of reward activity. The role will involve extensive reporting with various forms of data and it is essential this person has strong Excel skills. This is initially a 12 month FTC that offers some flexible working.
Our client are a reputable law firm with offices in Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester. They are recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join and support their HR team for a period of 12 months. The role will be based in Sheffield and offers flexible working.
The key responsibilities for the Reward Analyst are supporting on cyclical reward activities such as gender pay reporting, annual pay reviews and monthly reward data, identifying, collating, analysing and evaluating data, maintaining understanding of legislation and the legal market place, supporting the continuous improvement, working closely with a wider HR team, capturing and reporting on reward and benefit information, providing insight and interpretation. The role will be based in Sheffield and offers flexible working.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- experience and knowledge of a reward role
- advanced/expert Excel skills
- excellent communication skills
- good understanding of the reward landscape
- working knowledge of role evaluation methodologies
