Interim HR Data Analyst
I am currently recruiting for an Interim HR data analyst for a 3-6 month contract with an NHS Trust in the East Midlands
The client is an NHS Trust in the East Midlands
As Interim HR Data Analyst you will oversee a small team within the the HR Data team, reporting into the People Information Manager. Working from ESR you will ensure the reporting is accurately pulled from the system, analysed and reported back to the SLT.
The successful candidate will need to have experience working within the NHS, ideally with experience using ESR and pulling reports from the system.
You will need to be able to start within 1-2 weeks. The role is hybrid working but you will need to visit site 1-2 times per week in the East Midlands.
On offer for the successful candidate is a short term interim role on a competitive day rate and hybrid working.
