PA / HR Advisor - Doncaster - £27500 to £30000 DOE - plus excellent benefits

Your new company
This is a well established and niche business to Doncaster that has consistently evolved in their product and service provision.
Recently been through an MBO and change management - and have excellent future prospects with increased turnover and profit margins.
Embedding their stand alone company identity and core values.

Your new role
This is a varied and challenging role for someone who enjoys the diversity of duties aswell as the HR provision.
You will provide support the Managing Director and Director team in all aspects of Business Administration, HR, Recruitment and Payroll duties - to ensure the smooth running of the business.

You will act in a number of roles from:

Human Resources:
This will be a full employee lifecycle role, from recruitment, onboarding, induction, HR advice/guidance, absence management, disciplinary/grievance, performance management, policy review, Health & Well Being, Training & Development (project and improvement work on this area), appraisals, HR reports etc

Payroll:
Sending employee files to the payroll provider, and monthly salary information for payment of staff. Expenses checking and processing. Payroll Year end (with the Finance Manager) and P11ds

PA / Business Administration:
Collating and producing reports & presentations, Travel management (post Covid), diary management, email/correspondence management, data management, H&S administration/processes etc.

The role is truly a support role to the Director Team and you will be a Trusted Advocate of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in HR/L&D/Recruitment processes and ideally be minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified.
Have PA / business administration support experience to Senior Leaders.
Payroll knowledge.
Excellent IT skills with databases, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Ability to wear "many hats" and thrive off a diverse workload.
