Henlee Resourcing is excited to bring this fascinating new Group HR Manager role to the market.

This fast-paced Tech business based in North Bristol, has a global presence, with more than 1000 employees, is a market leader with host of household-name clients and, an extremely exciting strategy for growth over the next decade.

As Group HR Manager, you will lead on all operational HR activity for the business, including; employee relations, talent development, on-boarding, reward, performance management and succession planning, whilst supporting to the Group HR Director in rolling out a global HR Strategy.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop in a dynamic global environment and will expose you to; HR strategy, team leadership, global employee engagement, talent attraction and development, learning & development, international recruitment, HR MI reporting and numerous people related projects.

Successful applicants must possess strong employee relations knowledge, people management skills, intermediate to advanced Excel, a working knowledge of payroll and benefits and ideally some experience of the immigration process (including Visa's), all gained within a fast-paced tech (or similar) international environment.
