Page Personnel HR are working with a national legal firm who are recruiting for a Learning & Development Specialist. The role will cover four areas within the L&D cycle and improve business performance, drive culture change and build colleague capability. The role will be based from the Sheffield office and offers flexible working from home and across sites in Manchester and Leeds.
Client Details
Our client are a National legal firm with offices in Sheffield. They are recruiting a Learning & Development Specialist to join and support their HR team to establish training needs and establish organisational development initiatives. This is a permanent role based out of the Sheffield office that offers flexible working across other sites in Manchester and Leeds.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Learning & Development Specialist are providing expertise for the design and development of OD initiatives, designing learning material, engaging with colleagues to understand development requirements, taking the lead on projects for OD, facilitating workshops, design and delivery of events, maintain learning content, liaising with external suppliers of digital tools and resources, partnering with business areas and building stakeholder relationships, collating and presenting data in relation to engagement in learning. The role is based in Sheffield and offers flexible working.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
- experience in design and delivery of learning and OD
- experience and knowledge of undertaking learning needs analysis and evaluation
- experience of working with technology based learning platforms
- experience working in a regulated environment desirable
- ability to build and influence relationships with people at all levels
- excellent organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- CIPD qualification desirable not essential
- knowledge of a HR function
