Page Personnel are working with a Not for Profit organisation who have a temporary need for a Recruitment Advisor for the next 4-6 months. This role will facilitate some interesting project work and will be working from home initially with a move to the office in Oldham expected in the coming months.

Our client are a Not for Profit organisation who are embarking on a number of recruitment projects. They are seeking additional support on a temporary basis from a Recruitment Advisor for a minimum of 4-6 months. The role will be working from home initially and then you will be expected in the office in Oldham.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Advisor are working with managers to establish needs and get jobs filled, liaising with candidates, arranging interviews, placing adverts, follow up on interview outcomes, managing and working with external recruitment agencies, monitoring performance, utilising good geographic knowledge to fulfill national needs, recruiting for a variety of roles, managing 30 job vacancies at one time. The role will at first be working from home with an expectation to be in the Oldham office in the coming months.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience within a varied recruitment role
- strong understanding of recruitment processes
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- meticulous attention to detail for reporting
- ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Job Offer
Our client offers an hourly rate based off a £30K salary, temporary contract of 4-6 months, flexible working, equipment provided.
