A Media Agency based in Central London, looking for a Global Projects, People and Culture Coordinator to join the organisation on a 9 month fixed-term-contract to cover maternity leave.

Description

The successful Global Projects, People and Culture Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Co-leading the global Diversity and Inclusion network and projects
  • Planning and coordinating virtual and real life events and maintaining the global feeling of connection
  • Managing global webinars and ensuring that they run smoothly
  • Lead on and coordinator L&D projects
  • the role includes some PA duties for the COO

Profile

The successful Global Projects, People and Culture Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Strong administrative and high attention to detail
  • Previously lead on and been involved in various projects, while managing business as usual
  • An interest in Diversity and Inclusion
  • Experience in dealing with executive and senior stakeholders
  • Previously used Google Suite

Job Offer
