Interim HR Manager / Consultant - South Yorkshire and/or Remote/WFH - circa £35000 to £38000 - Medical/NHS experience required.

A public sector organisation who's HR department is undergoing some projects/change work. This role is to cover a secondment.
Your new role
This is a Interim role for 6 months - working 3 or 4 days a week. Ideally 1 or 2 days from the office - but for the right person would consider fully remote (if not near the area of South Yorkshire)
This role will look at 2 areas:
1 - Generalist HR work, deputising as the team Supervisor - HR advisory work, T&Cs advisory, sickness absence, complex ER cases
2 - HR project work - specific to the Public Sector/NHS such as reviewing job Grades, new contract/new staff, medical rota work, International Recruitment Project, Complex pay queries/review, HR/recruitment system data analysis and reporting/set up.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant MUST have a background in public sector/NHS/Medical HR with ideally both a generalist and project HR bias.
If you are available to work 1-2 days in the office - but will consider fully remote.
What you'll get in return

Open to part office and part home working - or fully remote for the right person (with NHS experience) who does not live in the vicinity of South Yorkshire.
Will be offered a 6 month contract
