Benefits & Reward Manager, 6 months
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global media organisation on a fantastic 6 month Benefits and Reward Manager position. This will role will be part of a small HR team reporting into the Head of International HR.
This is a project focused role with the main focus to review existing pensions schemes, including salary sacrifice and leading a pensions harmonisation project. This role will also lead on the transfer to a new payroll provider and be a key contributor to a Workday project with the associated payroll platform.
In addition you will:
* Review of existing benefit offerings across International markets
* Implementation of job structures at key levels (VPs and above) and introduction of salary bandings
* Review of and administration for all UK company benefits to include pension, life insurance, healthcare and income protection to create a fully reviewed and structured benefit platform which can be maintained from an HR Administrative perspective.
