Description

Role of the Reward Manager:

  • Manage the annual remuneration and bonus review working with all parties required
  • Undertake regular benchmarking of roles to ensure up to date information is held on all roles across the organisation
  • Work with HR Business Partners to provide any data insights required in relation to remuneration and bonus issues
  • Continuously review of remuneration processes to provide operational efficiencies and improved end user experience
  • Play a key role in identifying and implementing technological solutions in relation to reward
  • Contribute to the evolution of the organisations reward philosophy to support its growth plans
  • Be the main contact to support the corporate Finance team with the provision of remuneration data as required, including budgeting, forecasting and Key Man Personnel reporting
  • Contribute as required to the organisations benefits and pension offerings
  • Provide operational and implementation support for the organisations' various executive compensation plans
  • Produce various presentations as required for board meetings.
  • Play an active role in reward projects as required
  • Lead on any reward related communications provided to employees
  • Provide additional analytics to support other HR initiatives
  • Ad hoc activities as require

Profile

Background / Requirements:

  • Experience of running reward programs in a similar type of environment
  • Financial Services background preferred
  • Strong experience with pay and bonus reviews, benchmarking, budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and operate at all levels of the organisations
  • Problem solving mindset.
