A leading Global Investment Bank based in the City of London requires an Interim Employee Relations Manager - Maternity Cover to:

  • Managing a range of complex, sensitive and/or high risk EMEA Employee Relations cases; and
  • Provide general ER advice and support to HR Business Partners (and their client groups as required) in respect of Employee Relations matters.

Description

An Interim Employee Relations Manager - Maternity Cover to:

  • Manage a range of complex, sensitive and/or high risk EMEA Employee Relations cases. This includes managing grievances, disciplinaries, appeals, speaking up matters and exit interview escalations.
  • Provide general ER advice and support to HR Business Partners (and their client groups as required) in respect of Employee Relations matters. This includes queries relating to grievances and disciplinaries they are leading with as well as queries relating to flexible working requests, absence management, performance management etc.
  • Provide ER advice on pre-employment screening escalations.
  • Provide training to the HR Business Partners on Employee Relations matters via a regular ER Case Study Series (and other ER training as required).
  • Support on HR/ER project work.

Profile

An Interim Employee Relations Manager - Maternity Cover who can demonstrate:

  • Similar experience within a global, matrixed and preferably Financial Services environment
  • End to end case management of complex / high risk ER cases within both the UK and EMEA
  • The ability to train / coach others at all organisational levels
  • Strong understanding of currently ER and FCA regulations
  • Flexible in approach and enjoys working as part of a broader team
  • Available on no more than one (1) month notice

Competitive day rate (please note the role is inside IR35 so no to Ltd Company Contractors) dependant on skills/experience
